Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup of rice vinegar (also known as rice wine vinegar)
- 1/2 cup of hot tap water
- 2 TBSP of fish sauce
- 1 – 1 1/2 limes juiced
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp of red chili paste
- 2 TBSP of Sugar
In a jar or mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Shake it up and it is ready to serve.
