RED BULL RACING and SCUDERIA ALPHATAURI ZAMBONI RACE / CANADA
In celebration of the upcoming Red Bull Canadian Grand Prix, Oracle Red Bull Racing and Scuderia AlphaTauri are racing head to head in classic Canadian ice resurfacing machines (aka Zambonis). The majesty and power of a Zamboni has long been revered as it makes its way methodically around the ice between skating competitions and between periods at the hockey game, but as racing machines their virtues are yet to be determined.
Om Friday, June 17th hilarity is sure to ensue as the drivers get to grips with these awkward metal freezers on wheels and take on the narrow course in what will likely be the world’s slowest time trial.
