Last minute is all relative. It doesn’t really matter to the gift recipient when you got their gift as long as it is thoughtful and you had them in mind when choosing it. There is still plenty of time to shop locally for some fabulous gifts and you don’t have …

Macbeth in Stride doesn’t just flip the script we have been taught generation after generation. Macbeth in Stride smacks you upside the head causing you to open your eyes a little wider and shakes the cobwebs from your brain. We are so busy looking up trying to figure out how …

Thoughtful Bedside Minimalism (Sponsored)

By Leah Klein February 23, 2021 February 25, 2021 0

From early childhood, my bedroom space has been kind of sacred. My bedroom was always the space that had everything in its place and exactly how I wanted it. It is the room I could retreat to into my own world and leave the “real world” at the door. Over …

Shop Home For the Holidays

By Leah Klein November 28, 2020 November 28, 2020 0

They say the home is where the heart is and these days home is the heart of everything.  Our homes are our offices, schools, dance studios, fitness centers, restaurants and more. It has not been an easy transition, but being home has been a shift in our non-stop on-the-go lives.  …

Boston’s Thanksgiving Sandwich Scene

Boston’s Thanksgiving Sandwich Scene

By Leah Klein November 6, 2020 November 15, 2020 1

There are two types of Thanksgiving guests. Those who are there for the leftovers to make the next day sandwich and those who are there for the pie. This year, since things will be different anyway. I suggest take out Thanksgiving/Pilgrim/Turkey and Stuffing sandwiches and pie for your small socially …

By Leah Klein December 14, 2019 December 14, 2019

This is linger over a glass of wine kind of weathe This is linger over a glass of wine kind of weather. Dan and I had a fab time doing just that last night at Spoke Wine Bar. Now I’m craving all the things: the cranberry fresno glazy saucy thing on the fried parsnip cake, the hint of bergamot in the aioli with the quince glazed sausage skewers, the fresh scallop crudo paired with rich AF beef cheeks, the somehow buttery soy sauce in the clams with persimmon, and the creamy tagine bean dip. I could go back again tonight and have it all again- and so much more of the menu that we didn’t try because we kept this meal dairy free for Dan.
