Okay so I failed a bit at making my cacio e pepe s Okay so I failed a bit at making my cacio e pepe sauce from@ @mostly_pasta  but it was still delicious.  I’ll see if I can start fresh with the sauce next time.  For the non dairy diners we tried vegan mac and cheese.
