Olive ya a lot: Ginger Peach Smoothie (Recipe )

Today’s green smoothie is on the olive side of the green spectrum. It is a ginger peach smoothie made with fresh orange juice instead of a vitamin c packet as I had a few leftover in the fridge.


It has Vermont spinach from my Farmer’s To You order, a local peach and nectarine, a knob of ginger, and some Canadian blueberries.



  • one knob of ginger 1/2-3/4 inch. Peeled and sliced.
  • a handful of blueberries
  • 1 peach
  • 1 nectarine
  • juice of two oranges
  • a handful of baby spinach
  • Blend and enjoy.
