Play is something I talk and think about a lot. I believe that in childhood, school, adulthood and work, play has a vital role in helping us be better at all that we do.
Today, well this morning, I am not working, despite the fact that I have a lot to do, because it has been too many hours since we were at the playground. Sitting here in this swing, I feel lighter, happier, more relaxed. If you have not sat in a swing in a while, get to it, and enjoy the breeze in your face and the dangling of you feet.
